I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Gonzalez. I took my daughter because she had been having frequent stomach pain, and I was looking for medical guidance on whether further evaluation, lab work, or a referral to a gastroenterologist was needed. Instead of addressing my concerns, I felt dismissed. The focus of the visit shifted to parenting advice, such as telling my daughter to learn how to make her own breakfast, rather than discussing possible medical causes or ways to prevent the problem from getting worse. We have been going to Dr Gonzalez since my granddaughter was 18 months old. She is now 17 years old and is a healthy young lady due in part to Dr Gonzalez and her amazing staff. I also brought my children to this office and they literally grew up with these awesome women. Dr Gonzalez is the only pediatrician I have ever and will ever recommend. Thank you to this outstanding practice.
New to the area and was recommended Dr. Gonzalez. She was very kind and listened to our concerns. She gave us a game plan and we were very happy with our visit. The front desk and nurse were great as well! Excited to establish care here for my little one.

My granddaughter was born on January 22, 2026, and we chose Dr. Lorelei Gonzalez at Christus Health (11345 Alamo Ranch Parkway, San Antonio) for her pediatric care. The very first appointment had to be rescheduled because the roads were dangerously iced over. The second scheduled visit had the exact same problem — more ice and unsafe driving conditions.
