I have been seen by Dr DiTommaso for two years and absolutely thank and admirer her professionalism and attention to detail. She has identified issues that were never noticed or mentioned by other doctors. Thank you to you and your staff… I would highly recommend her to family and friends.
I was scheduled an appointment with them today Friday 3/25. At the end of my phone call after setting up my appointment, I asked if I was going to get a confirmation message with the date, time, and location. The receptionist said yes. Next thing you know I do not get anything regarding a confirmation. I call them the day of my appointment asking where my appointment will be and they said La Cantera. Dr DiTommaso is a phenomenal doctor. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Gave me step by step instructions and was very helpful. Staff at the reception desk were awesome. No complaints! Keep up the great work!
The administration of this organization is a shambles: no/erroneous communication, no followup etc. To make an appointment is like trying to get to see the potus.
