From the beginning to the end, Gary was there to answer any questions we had. We had significant racoon damage that we were not aware of. We were starting to get water in our garage and knew we had to do something quickly. We've used Lord's for multiple projects on our house. We have an older home and had several boards that were rotted and needed to be replaced. We knew this was going to be a big project so we were selective in who we hired. Not only did they exceed our expectations with the quality of work but the level of professionalism was incredible.

I've used Lord's for the past several years on 4 of the rentals we have. When Gary comes to look at one of our roofs he is honest in his assessment. If we don't need a roof, he will tell us. He is genuine and cares about the customer. It's hard to find someone in this business without them always wanting to sell you something that you don't need. His wealth of knowledge and expertise is very much appreciated. He's busy but when I call him, he usually comes within a couple of days and we've never had to wait more than a coupl... read more

Our salesman's name was Gary(the owner). I don't normally write reviews but we had such a great experience, I felt compelled to do so. From the beginning, Gary worked with our insurance company and met the adjuster at our home. He handled all communication with the insurance company and worked out details on the estimate among each other. Paid to have roof repaired. Roof continues to leak, and they are making no effort to return to fix the roof. Now we have substantial damage to our plaster ceiling.m
