I got a lash extensions fill here, and they came out horrible, so horrible the stylist gave me %50 off. They charged $80 for fills at the time, ans she only charged me $40. Regardless, I wanted to remove them asap.
Horrible haircut!!!!!!! Overpriced, tacky and trashy.
I went in for the first time here to get my hair trimmed.The hairstylist was asking me personal questions non-stop.She wasn't paying attention at all.My haircut was uneven and ugly. The stylist had very short brown hair and glasses.I think her name might also be Kendra but not 100% sure.
I have tried several spas in the Buffalo area and found this to be the best! I never fear infection from a pedicure as they are extremely careful to be completely sterile. It is so relaxing to sip on your beverage of choise while sitting in the massage chair during your pedicure. I am VERY tickleish and Kim is so patient with me! I have to admit though that my favorite thing is getting an hour and a half facial from Jo Ann Smith. I had my hair cut, colored and eyebrows waxed $120.00.. but the end result was horrific!!!! I asked the stylist "Kendra" 40yrs+ to give me long layers and overall dark brown color.She butchered my hair and gave me the most crooked layers.....(I started out with all one length) my cut is not fixable it is completely uneven EVERYWHERE!!!!
