Great Salon A friend recommended this Salon to me. I drove from Newton just to try it out. It is beautiful inside. It's 3 floors. The receptionist at the front was so sweet, and made me an awesome cup of lemon tea. She also walked me upstairs to my skincare provider. I went for a heavenly facial with Lorianne. She even massaged my feet during the facial. After I saw Melanie for a blow-dry. Their shampoo chairs have massagers in them. It was awesome. My hair looked amazing. Terrible Service The gentleman who served me at the desk, a manager, was anything but a gentleman. I was there to return a product, which I had been promised would be no issue should I not like it. No "rules" for return had been provided. I was shocked to be told initially I could only have a credit good for products (not services) - and then ultimately told I could have nothing as the 14 day return rule had expired. This is a poorly run business - without regard for customer service.
