I saw Abby and she was wonderful. Shes super friendly and takes her time with you. You can tell she has a passion for her work. Everyone there has always been friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, my experience here constitutes a one-star review. I called over the weekend to see if L&L had an opening for a gel manicure. The receptionist confirmed they did and I was scheduled. The service began to tread downhill when the nail technician applied cotton balls which were drenched in acetone to my fingertips. She wrapped them in tin foil and left them on my fingers for at least ten minutes. I love going to Lords & Ladies Salon, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Haily is very knowledgeable and skilled and had great results in my facial treatment!
