The spa is very professional, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. Carissa is amazing! I’ve been going to her for several years, and she consistently does an incredible job with my eyebrows. Her eyebrow tints and waxes always turn out perfect, and she creates such a relaxing, spa-like experience every time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great results and a calming atmosphere!
It's always a pleasure to take my son to Lords & Ladies for his haircuts. My son has curly hair and they always do an amazing job cutting his hair. We are always happy with the service we receive. Everyone is very friendly and professional and make us feel comfortable every time we go there. I would definitely recommend Lords & Ladies in Gilbertsville to everyone.
I visited L&L to get a cut and color the other day. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I asked for my dark natural color with pops of highlights and showed the stylist a picture of what I was looking for. The stylist was personable and gave me a great haircut but the color was completely wrong. I walked out with hair that was completely highlighted and almost orange....NOTHING like the picture I'd shown her. She graciously agreed to redo the color for no additional cost.
