Horrible Customer Service and Quality of Jewelry Terrible experience with this shop. The said they could make a custom ring 'exactly' like a different ring, no problem. "It's all made from the same molds", he said. I think there is a legal term for promising something you know that you can not deliver. The first ring was not delivered on time and very, very poor quality...it looked junky, as if it had been done literally by hand....at a preschool.
