Very eager to get every possible chance to fine residents in the community, but very unresponsive for any issues reported. Any issue that require repairing will take approximate 3 - 8 weeks to repair (not guaranteed success) after reported. Not sure if they are discriminating or not, but for sure they do not have a fair rule for every resident in the community. Absolutely horrible. No service. No response. corrupt. Steal our HOA dues to line their pockets and work with shady vendors for kickbacks. They are not capable of doing basic triage of property management. agree with other review that I would rather dine with the Taliban than have to continue to deal with them. It is truly a living nightmare to have them as our management company.
Horrible experice with the entire company. They have been unresponsive and they have no sense of responsibility to their clients. Our HOA dispute has been lingering for almost a year and as a reslut of their mismanagemnt has cost us tens of thousands of dollars in land holding costs. My father in law passed away before we could build his dream home now his wife is left picking up the pieces of a project stalled due to a COVID death, all the while being dragged along by Lordon Property Management and their employee F.Sanchez.... read more

Very bad service! why I am paying HOA fee every month and get this frustration.
