Way overpriced and taking advantage of trusting customers. They run an unethical business trying to manipulate MA laws hiding behind pretend safety concerns saying they have to own private tanks then using that to try to justify significantly over charging customers. They recently trespassed onto my property and put a lock on my tank trying to prevent me from getting competitively priced propane. This company is irresponsible. I have used them for 45 years and although I buy oil infrequently ( because I burn wood) I have only used them exclusively for 45 years. They have serviced my boiler in the past. Since I have not gotten oil in the past 2 years ( i intended to fill it this year )they refused to help with a service problem I currently have. So much for loyalty.
