would give zero if it was possible, one of the worst auto businesses to deal with in BC. Parts are absolute trash and will break within 6 months time, parts are overpriced they are not worth what they say, they treat their staff like absolute dirt and only provide wage increases of 20 cents if you're lucky, and management regularly emotionally and verbally absues their subordinates. You are better off with napa or can tire.
I was very satisfied with the customer service that the Still Creek Lordco had to offer. Upbeat, friendly, and eager employees always there and ready to help. I had a pleasurable experience with one of the counter guys there by the name of Laith Al-Asoo. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The manager there is also very helpful and fair when it comes to exchanging or returning parts. I highly recommend coming down to this Lordco!
