I have used services of Lord’s A/C company for about two years. They are excellent. Last Saturday night (!!!) at about 9:30 pm I called them - my smart thermostat was constantly showing an error message and was turning the A/C unit off. To my huge surprise Sam Hawa picked up the phone and said he will send technicians in the morning. I described what was happening in detail.
