DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING - Especially if you're a young woman! This has been the absolute worst apartment building I have ever lived in. I came here with the intention to finish my post-secondary education, yet this apartment building and its staff caused me a great deal of mental health issues. The building itself is filthy (pests, garbage), poorly maintained, and completely neglected by management. But what's worse is the building manager, JAMIE. Nice and clean place to live Pejman is the best and very helpful
It is awful to live here. They cheat as much as they could. I was shown the unit with new fridge and stove in the unit but when I moved in, the old one were in the units and never changed. All the time I smell cigar smoke in the unit and talked to the office and no action. There are some residents who made this building garbage.
