DID DR.LORD GET A NEW PHONE #
Very friendly environment. The doctor and his two female staff are very friendly and helpful. I can call and get a same day appointment and the girls are always very helpful with working out a time that works best with my schedule. Always greeted with a smile and they make us feel very comfortable when entering the office.
I have been twice to see Dr. Lord with my grandson. Both times he was very rude. Did not address our concerns or was willing to hear them. I am a pediatric nurse for the last 12 years and I have never seen any pediatrician so unwilling to teach parents, discuss parental concerns. I would never suggest taking my child to him ever again. As soon as we can we will be changing physicians.
Dr. Lord is awesome, if I need to get my child seen same day I almost always get an appointment. Dr. Lord is very easy to address and ask questions he makes sure he checks everything I never feel unheard or rushed. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a great pediatrician.
Reginald Lord is great, although his 2 female staff are extreamly rude. Right when I walk in with my child I feel very uncomfortable. I always great them and they never great me back or they do with a attitude. I wasnt sure if they were rude to me or to others also and so i see families come in and they are rude. I will not bring my child back or refer anyone here, unless the staff has been changed.
