Called Scott yesterday afternoon about our water heater leaking and he was able to work us into his schedule and by 9:00 this morning he had the replacement water heater installed. Their work looks very professional and Scott took the time to explain the operation of the new water heater since it was an upgrade in technology from the unit he removed. will definitely call Lord Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing emergency.
