I received a consultation and a loc combining service ($1500). I was seeking combination because I was an avid swimmer and noticed high shedding, broken, and thinning locs. Before the service, I had lost 1 loc and combined 2 of my locs on my own. Loc combination takes so long. Combining 2 locs can take 30 minutes, so I wanted to seek a professional. Ms. Christabel is absolutely PHENOMENAL! I started my own microlocs months ago without help or a mirror and no formal parting system because I didn't know about Lord of Locs. I came in for a retwist this week but she had to put in extra time to tidy up my mistakes. She never ever shamed me or made me feel bad, she gave me compassionate and helpful advice on caring for my locs so that they can fluorish. When I first created my appointment my 3 month old “do it yourself locs” were in absolute shambles. The parts were crooked, the sizes were all over the place and I needed a miracle. After a quick consultation Christabel set up my removal and restart all within 20 minutes. On the day of my appointment she removed all of my locs and gave me the most beautiful fresh start all in less than 3 hours. I’m so so so grateful to have found her, and 100% recommend starting the right way with Lord of Locs.
