2 August update: they sent me a notification that my glasses are finally ready for pickup on a Saturday. They're closed until Monday. This means that they have to have been delivered on Friday, but they consciously decided to not notify me until I would have to wait another two days. Amazing experience. Everyone is nice the selection of glasses is great. Would definitely recommend.
30 July Edit: I'm now on day 21 of waiting for my glasses. Whenever I check, they just say that they "need a bit more time." I only need single vision lenses with a relatively simple prescription. I'm not too keen on driving to a location to have a virtual appointment. I wouldn't have done it here if I had known about it before I read the eye chart. I know the corporations do this to save money, but they never pass the savings on to the customer. Next year I'll make sure to read the fine print to see if I'll be able to shake... read more
