I had an excellent experience here, especially with Felicia Butler! She was incredibly kind and genuinely cared about helping me as a customer. Whenever I call, I specifically ask for her because of her outstanding customer service!

I went in for an eye exam, which was supposed to be covered by my EyeMed insurance benefits. They verified my insurance and then led me to the exam room. The exams were done without a word of explanation. Once everything was finished, I was charged $44 for "Screening Photos," which my insurance didn’t cover, and I had to pay out of pocket.
