I has been going to Dr. Lord for years. But lately he has been rude not willing to answer questions. Now u wait almost two hrs before see the doctor. He has change a lot😔
Dr. Lord is an excellent doctor 😺😺😺 He listens to all what you have to say, and Is easy to talk to. I would recommend Dr. Lord to anyone :-)
I was trying to find a new PCP, however I was told Dr. Lords clinic no longer accepts self pay patients. I guess you must have a insurance company they can stock it to before you are welcomed in their offices. I had been using this clinic off and on for many years and did have difficulty with one doctor, who is no longer there, so I thought I'd try them again. But they don't want me, so I'll be going elsewhere, out of town where I am welcomed as being as important as anyone else. And he's running as a representative for us. ... read more
Nurse practitioner, ran all the test THEY wanted and sent a very large bill to insurance co. But never wanted to listen to why I was there in the first place, I needed a non controlled restless leg syndrome med and no did not get it and after they got there money she said I needed to get another dr.she didn't like the way I was questioning her, and I thought people were supposed to ask questions, go figure.
