I have heard horror stories about renting from Boardwalk! Honestly, I was a bit hesitant to rent with this company. After a full month of being in the building, I genuinely enjoy my apartment and the building and facilities. The management has been hospitable and very helpful. When there is a maintenance issue it is dealt within a timely manner. I have to say just because somebody else's had a bad experience doesn't mean you will have that experience. I love my apartment and the view.

My experience here at Royal Gardens has been wonderful! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and are always maintaining the beauty this family oriented community has to offer. Genuinely a great place to live:)
Enjoying Tower lll as Boardwalk and their staff Rose and Constitine do an excellent cleaning and responding to minor issues promptly. There are others that provide great service but I don’t know their names.
