Don’t even BOTHER! The current person at the management office is super rude. She needs to leave. Management doesn’t care about anyone. There are no security cameras so your packages get stolen and no one cares. Nasty place and people, don’t waste your money, look for something better. I wish i could leave a zero star!
Dump Insects, noise, constant fire alarms, cheap counter tops and appliances, ....it may seem cheap but don't rent here
Nice place to live I have been living here for 10 years and it was great experience to live here as good location for commuting and peaceful, clean and safe environment managed by great management.
Good Place I have been living in Lord Baron apartments for 10 years. It is nice and quiet here, the location is good, the management staff is good. Everyone living here is nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. -Sanjay Patel
Lord baron is always doing something to upgrade there property l only wish l could buy my apartment. It's on the 3rd floor an it gives me alittle exercise going up the stairway. New windows an the electrical an lights in this one bedroom 672 square foot is heated by electric baseboard heaters an its fast heat then shutoff. New big windows an the sunny side of the building is light all day long. This place is a dump should have been condemned along time ago!
TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! Our apartment always has COCKROACHES and there are always mice in it and in rhe building in the winter! It is disguesting! The cockroaches and mice always come back, even though we keep getting iour apartment exterminated and we keep our apartment clean. The office manager was very polite when we came to see the model apartment, which is where the rental office is. Terrible Apparently you need over a 700 credit score to get in here. I applied with a 670 and was told no. This is a terrible apartment complex... if it wasn't for it's location they'd be lucky to get half of what they ask for in rent. Don't get screwed.
Roach infested! I have lived here for about a year now and the most annoying thing about the apartment (and the building) is the roach. We had this problem even in the winter and it has gotten much worse in the summer. We kill several roaches everyday in the kitchen. Disgusting to extent that I don't want to touch anything in the kitchen! The management does not care much about it and doesn't seem to want to accept it's a building-wide issue.
