Great location. Older hotel with charm. Big downside is below average customer service and awful (non-existent) wifi.
They were a wonderful hotel and just what we needed at the time. We had a family member at a hospital close by and the hotel was great about our ever changing schedule. It is an old hotel in downtown. We choose to embrace the charm. We enjoyed the art work and history. It was nice to be in the middle of the city as well.
Lord Baltimore hotel isn’t just a beautiful (older) building in downtown, but it is clean, up to date and the staff is delightful. Out of all sights we saw and places we went in and around Baltimore, this staff, from the hotel, to the cafe, into the restaurant, to the cleaning staff were so friendly with smiles and helpful if needed. I will be letting our central PA friends know about this quaint place!
