Elevators crawled and the hallway carpet's seen better decades, but breakfast in that high room facing Baltimore Street felt like the 1920s version of this corner. Front desk quietly moved me to a Hanover-facing room when I asked.
Room is nice. Bed sheet and a few towels were stained but we let that slide given the age of the hotel. However, we arrived back at our room after a ball game and the room across the alley was so loud we assumed there was a club next door (which there was not, it was just an apartment/room with some young kid DJing like it was not even a problem.) The rooms are extremely, extremely dated and badly need to be refurbished. Based on the wait times, I don't believe all their elevators work. Extremely disappointed to leave my room early in the morning with a sign outside my door, only to return at 5:30 to a room that was not cleaned. Would never stay here again and recommend that you don't either.
Overbooked the hotel and gave away our room. The room they did give us was humid. We didn't get towels, blankets, sheets, etc for over an hour and had to call downstairs twice, and we even went down there to check because the person still haven't come. And then we had to make our own beds. I can make my bed at home I don't pay a place just to make my own bed. I had a hard time sleeping afterwards. Staff was super rude the entire time as well.
