I have been renting from Lord and Associates for 5 years. They are the best property management that I have ever had. They are very prompt on maintenance and very friendly
I'm so grateful for Lord and Associates property management. They care about their tenants and their property. We rented a town home from them for 11 years. Tim, Brena and Heather yall will be missed. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
Not honest people. Will deliberately leave information out of contract (HOA community) Spend $800 on a dog kennel just to have property manager tell me I have to take it down or be fined. Then if you disagree with her she'll tell you maybe you should look for somewhere else to live. Can't get much lower than that. Have to do 1 year with these liars then they can shove it up their yep.
