Dr Lorch was really clear explaining us what was the condition of our baby, and always in a very good mood.
The experience with Dr. Lorch personally was positive. However, our experience with follow up from his nurse was terrible. Multiple messages were left with no return phone calls. Test results took over a month to receive, when she finally called with results she indicated the results were incomplete and the test had to be repeated. The nurse could not answer simple questions and did not offer to follow-up to obtain answers. Based on nurse interaction I would not recommend this clinic.
