Loray is a beautiful apartment complex that has a lot to offer! I was pleased with the tour!
I've been really happy living at Loray Mill Lofts in Gastonia. The building is quiet and spacious, which makes it feel like home rather than just another apartment. The management and maintenance teams are both excellent—friendly, responsive, and quick to handle any issues that come up. It's clear they care about the community here. Scheduled a tour with Erin and she did a Phenomenal job. She had everything prepared and ready before i walked in the door. Pricing on these homes is very affordable and the layout was beautiful! I would highly recommend Erin for all your questions about the property!
We moved to Gastonia after living in South Charlotte for 17 years! ABSOLUTELY fell in love with the loft apartments at Loray Mill! The community of people that work and live in the building are amazing! It is so peaceful living here, sometimes I never want to leave home! We adore the History of the old Cotton Mill! Must see if you ask me!!!
