Never have I been treated so rudely by a service company. Literally from the moment I offered to move my truck further down the road for the chipper, to assisting gathering Lorax’s felled branches from my neighbor’s tree in my own back yard. At every instance the trimmer in charge of the job was condescending, disrespectful and bullying. Do Not Recommend!
Lorax is awesome! We contacted Lorax to have a stump ground out. Very responsive, shows up on time (actually in our case Pete had an opening and reached out to see if we’d like him to come sooner, which we did)! Pricing was very reasonable. Pete did a great job. We wouldn’t want to use anyone else. Strongly recommend Lorax for all your tree needs.
Pete was great to work with, timely, professional, and removed a big tree from a tight spot right next to our house. We’d definitely recommend calling Lorax for your tree needs!
