Terrible communication, tough to get ahold of the nurse they make you speak with to even book an appointment. Just overall a very disappointing experience when I thought this was a benefit I earned
I feel much better about my care since switching to the Lorain outpatient clinic, from another NE Ohio clinic. I hate having to drive further for appointments, but my PC has done more for me than my previous doctor, helped me figure out why my back hurts and the gentleman I saw at physical therapy helped my nerve pain less severe and frequent with one visit and simple exercises instead of more medicine. I can't wait to see how much PT can help my middle and lower back as well.
I recently had an appointment with my doctor at the clinic so I arranged a ride one week prior with the Lorain county veterans service commission transportation division. I called 24 hours before to verify no answer on the ride. Come the day of my appointment I wait till 9:00 to get a confirmation and a ride to show up nothing.
