probably not ask people to report fellow americans for not following a confusing and arbitrary mandate that changes at whim. haven't seen so many officials wanting socialist regimes in my lifetime. but by all means please put americans on lists and certificates for their health choices and report anyone not standing exactly 6ft away wearing a cloth mask with 0 proven health benefits bc as far as i know we havent tested cotton silk fleece and coffee filters for efficiency against viruses.
