Children are being actively abused, but it seems if there is no "physical violence" they deem it's an "appropriate living environment". Mental abuse is just as bad, and they seem like everything is fine, there's nothing they can do, ect. Hasn't even shown up at the residents to make an inspection, with a situation as bad as it is you think they would at least check it out. I see that kids lives really dont matter in this country
