Really tried to call and make an appointment for therapy. Called 3 times in one week and left a voicemail once. No one called me back. The phone call always goes to voicemail and I'm just disappointed with the responsiveness.
Really disappointing communication. Every time you call it goes to voicemail. Never have I been able to get through to a person when I call. I tried to schedule my son and had to wait nearly 2 months for an appointment because they don’t have much available for hours outside of school and therapists who work with children. Then they only scheduled him for 2 appointments initially when apparently they “normally” schedule for 5-6 up front. Inappropriate questioning for a minor, lacked knowledge of state regulations in a case of a minor child, rude, and unhelpful during an emotional crisis. I would not recommended this practice to anyone in need, especially mental health. Additionally, provider was 15 minutes late for a virtual appointment, unable to use the technology and spent 3 minutes asking questions when the data was already provided; it was obvious she did not read intake forms. What a waste of time a resources but I am sure they will bill me.
