Always a great examination. I see Dr. LoPresti every 4-6 months due to history of melanoma. He is always spot on with his assessment and is a professional, friendly visit.

I've had 3 exams over the past 2-3 years as I spend a lot of time in the sun. The 1st exam with Dr. LoPresti was thorough. The 2nd exam by Dr. Allen (because I was unable to schedule with Dr. LoPresti within a resonable time frame) was not thorough. As a result, I scheduled my 3rd appt to be with Dr. LoPresti again. His exam was extremely fast & very unsatisfactory in terms of thoroughness of checking my body. As a result, I have scheduled my next appt with Dr. Okon at Macaione & Pappa.

My mother swore by Dr. Lopresti's dermatologist father, who founded the practice, and I swear by dermatologist son Dr. Nick. It's hard to believe I enjoy having appointments with him because usually they're for something like burning cancer off my skin, but I do look forward to seeing Dr. Lopresti! That's because of his calming, welcoming, humorous manner. He's a real people person, not always true in a great doctor. He knows his stuff and he knows how to put his patients at ease. A Top Doc!

Called Dr. Lopresti's office to see if they treated alopecia areata and they do but didn't accept my son's insurance. Because of the difficulty in finding a Dr. who accepted the insurance or could provide a timely appointment, I said we would pay for it out of pocket. They told me that if you have insurance, even if they didn't accept your insurance, you can't pay cash! Tell this to someone without being able to provide the reasoning for such a policy. The lack of health care is truly sad!

I've been a patient for over 15 yrs, and completely satisfied with the patient care and professionalism of both Dr. LoPresti, his staff as well as Anamarie Newport, DMD, PA. Whenever I have an urgent request to be seen, the staff works hard to fit me into the busy schedule, yet never makes me feel like a burden. I have severe dermatological needs, therefor I frequent more than most patients. Nurses Chrissie and Maria, along with dermatologsts LoPresti and Newport get A+++ in my book!

Scheduling appts is quite challenging. As a full time worker, i can only do appts on certain days. I set an appt 2 months ahead time to find out they changed it- last minute. They advised their notification policy is by mail- unacceptable in this day and age of technology- I never received the letter. The office calls people to confirm appts- why wouldn't they also call to advise of a change? Had to reschedule-wait until September but dr schedule wasn't set yet- so i have to call back.
