What I was told was gonna take an hour and a half at most ended up taking almost 4 hours. Very dismissive customer service

Muy mal servicio y muy groseros! Fui y compre mis llantas nuevas y a los días me estaban marcando “Tire Pressure Low” hable solamente para ver si podia llevar el carro oh si me podían ayudar ya que no tenia ni la semana de averselas cambiado, me contesta un empleado le explico lo que está sucediendo y me dice “iluego que quiere que aga, no lo puedo checar por el telefono” toda la conversación se porto muy déspota y grosero. I literally do not recommend them, good customer service but false information on payment plans. First they told me one amount and we agreed to it and when I called them they didnt want to really talk about or explain the situation the just gave me a Utah # to call to set up my payments. The first thing I told the guy, I do not want to be vatallando con tu dices el dijo. U lack on giving info, as long as u get ur sell.
