Mr Lopez was hired to install 3 slabs of granite with 3 under mount sinks. He showed up with a teenaged boy to perform the installation. Mr Lopez cut out one sink hole, then disappeared for an hour, leaving the young boy to tool/shape the hole. In the process the youngster damaged the front edge of the countertop. When Mr. Lopez returned and realized what happened , he packed up his tools and left. He insisted he'd return the following day, but has blocked my phone.
