Dr. Maslak is knowledgeable in her field, and takes time to learn about her patients and offer suggestions to issues. Dr. Maslak is very direct in her questioning, some might find that offensive. I highly recommend this doctor because she is also a development specialist and is very observant.

Dr. Maslak was highly recommended when my preemies were discharged from the NICU. She is extremely thorough, compassionate, & takes the time to answer questions. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, & knows her patients by name. She isn't the type of dr that overloads kids with medication. When my kids were in the hospital, she visited. When the kids got sick, she immediately responded. Simply an amazing pediatrician, my boys could not have been in better hands. Her staff is also great!

Dr. Maslak's waiting time is ridiculous. Every time I come here I am expected to wait for at least an hour and half before my sons are even seen. Also, she is rude and unprofessional and doesn't listen to any of your questions/concerns.

We found Dr. Maslak herself to be a perfectly fine doctor, but after attending a routine, preventative visit we were billed twice for the same visit. When I called to ask about this and get it corrected, I was told that because we brought up a rash my daughter had (12 months) during the preventative visit they were "allowed" to charge us for the preventative visit and an office visit. I've never had a doctor do that before. And I never will again, as we will no longer be using Dr. Maslak.

Love Dr Maslak but the people that work in her office are not friendly and rude! We never get a hello or even a simple smile! Obviously we are there because our children are sick and we are concerned for their well-being so a little compassion would be nice from them, even if it is a simple smile! The only one that is friendly would be Steph! She is great with both my children and myself. Its sad to say but I might be leaving this practice not because of the doctor but because of her staff.

I was seeing Dr.Maslak for 14 years. My daughter was one of her first patients when she first started and open a small office in Bloomfield,NJ. She was very nice and compassionate. I took my 2 month for her checkup and shots. Dr.maslak disrespected me in front of another patient and stated why are you here? I gave you another Dr info for you to go to.I felt humiliated and belittle. I know i live far thats why. but 14yrs of loyalty. My family go to her as well.She is unprofessional very rude.

She is a great doctor. The only complaint I have is that she never sees my son on time and her staff doesn't seem to have good communication with parents. I had an important concern with my child and the doctor was not available. The staff refused to contact her and made me schedule another visit.

Extremely unprofessional! Today I was her 1st patient & on time. My daughter and I were the only patients in the waiting room. We noticed there was a lot of giggling & socializing in the ofc. I made myself known to the receptionist twice. After 20mns of waiting, my daughter and I heard them singing happy birthday and eating cake. I was in awe. I knocked on the window which was not appreciated. We waited 1hr before we were seen. When I advised the dr, she completed ignored. No apologies
