I took my mother to this clinic to have her eyes measured for cataract surgery (she sees Dr Lopez at his North Riverside clinic usually). We found the staff to be pleasant and welcoming. We waited about 15 minutes after her scheduled appt to be seen. We were in and out of the clinic within 40 minutes.
This place is horrible. No clean and Dr. Lopez is very arrogant and rude. I will never go back there.
Some of the clinical staff are great, but overall very poorly run office that is severely understaffed. Agree with other reviews that the wait time is way overboard, 2-3 hour wait even with appointment. The doctor is not very friendly and not polite. Do not come to this clinical office, because patients deserve better treatment.
Never get seen on time. You can have an appointment at 9am and get seen until 11am even if we arrive on time.
