Best service so far A.Jones great communication and cheap service
Loved the services here at the Lake Elsinore office! This was my first time doing my taxes in this location and it was a great experience. Mr. Jones walked me through every step and answered all my questions I had regarding my forms. Thank for having patience and for being very welcoming. I will definitely be returning to this location!
Fast, efficient service. Adan is very professional, patient, super friendly and explained my tax returns in ways I can understand and how I can maximize it next time. He diligently scours all the schedules to make sure no money is left on the table. Can you ask for better?
I'm still new to doing taxes as a young man, but I felt at ease working with this service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to filing taxes.
Got here 10 minutes early for our apointment. Waited for them to get done with the client, another customer walked in, she said she was just printing off forms. Another 30 minutes later (40 minutes after our apointment time) she was finally was ready for us. She asked for our social security cards. I didn't have them & have never had to have the physical card while filing. Granted, I was at fault for not having them, I suppose. It was still a complete waste of my time to even make an appointment.
