So initially when they came over, it was a decent clean. Seems like they used dirty towels to clean the house because the house smelled terrible after they left. Looked clean though. Well I called to schedule a cleaning for Dec 16th @ 12:30pm. They called me at 12:28pm to cancel my appointment. Really? Because I have guest coming over for the Christmas week, i rescheduled for Dec 23rd 2017. I specifically told them how important this was and a week notice should give them enough time.
