Replacing our storm-damaged roof was much easier than I expected. Bradley was great to work with from our first meeting through the final roof installation. He helped us with the insurance claim, was on site during the adjuster visit, and walked us through different shingle samples and roofing options in a clear, simple way. He explained what was covered by insurance and what counted as an upgraded option without any pressure or sales push. We chose a premium multi-colored shingle because of the added benefits he pointed out... read more
Bradley was great to work with. We handled a lot of the communication by email, and he was always quick to reply. I had many questions about the roofing job, shingles, fascia, and vent work, and Bradley stayed patient, professional, and easy to talk to the whole time. Titan Roofing Inc. replaced our shingle roof, swapped out a damaged piece of fascia, and installed a new range vent. The roofing crew was polite, worked hard, and did a solid clean up when the job was done. The whole process felt organized from start to finish,... read more
I’m very happy with the roofing and gutter work done at my home in Glendora. Bradley, Jonah, and the office team stayed in touch throughout the project and worked closely with me from start to finish. They improved the structure, made everything feel solid and secure, and the new gutter system under the sunroom was a great addition for water control. The crew was respectful, friendly, and professional the whole time. They kept the job site clean each day, which really mattered with two little ones always running around. I ap... read more
We have been in our home in Glendora for a long time, and it is not always easy to find dependable roofing and home repair help. Bradley and Jonah recently installed a new roof on our house, and the whole job turned out great. They were professional, clear, and honest from start to finish, and they did exactly what they said they would do. Bradley also went the extra mile by speaking with our adjuster and helping with the process for coverage on the new roof. After the earlier roof leak caused damage to our ceilings, they qu... read more
After strong winds, i saw a few lifted shingles near a vent pipe on my roof and wanted a roofer to inspect it quickly. i scheduled an appointment right away, even without a referral, and didn’t know what to expect. bradley arrived on time, checked the attic for signs of leaks, and inspected the roof from outside, including a drone review because the shingles were still damp. He explained that the damaged area could be repaired using the extra shingles left from the original roof installation so the color and style would stil... read more
