We first had Titan Roofing Inc. come out to check a roof leak, and the experience turned out much better than expected. Another inspector had talked about a full roof replacement without clearly finding the true source, and that did not sit right with us. Since we wanted one more opinion before doing a big reroof project, bradley came out and did a much more careful inspection.
