First visit went well. Very thorough, friendly, tells you things as she goes along and allows questions. P personally I have multiple tests to do before seeing her again but hope to get some answers.
Dr. Cynthia Lopez is by far the best neurologist I’ve seen for EMG testing—and I’ve had quite a few over the years. She uses a small-gauge needle, which made the procedure much more comfortable compared to others who were rougher or more dismissive.What truly sets Dr. Lopez apart is her dedication to finding answers. Dr. Lopez , has been my Specialist since 2018 . She has always took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns . She is professional , thorough and will go above and beyond to find the root cause which many newer Doctors do not take the time to do anymore . I am a former PCT and was one for over 15 years . I have been around healthcare and worked in several hospitals and clinics and know what to look for in quality healthcare . The office is beautiful and clean . Such a disappointment! An Imposition to her is what I felt like. It was as if she was bothered by me being there. She interrupted, talked “at” me instead of “to” me, did NOT listen, lacked patience, empathy, and common courtesy. She is the first doctor to never ask if I had any questions for her. And I thought Guillain Barre was an arduous trial….
Waist of time! Recommend for a complete work up. What would this include? We will talk about it then. What? Will not be going back!
Dr Lopez and her staff are professional and know about procedures. I went for ultherapy and unfortunately did not receive the results I wanted & had no more money for additional treatments.
Very POOR bed side manner if any. Dr. Lopez talks at you not to you.
Dr.Lopex is very thorough in finding the cause of your pain. The staff is very courteous and polite I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. She is very good at her job and she truly care about her patients.
