I purchased a home in 2022 that had a roof installed by Lopez & Company in 2019 and have three leaks in three different areas. I reached out the company to talk about it and was told that their 10 year warranty on installation is non-transferable. I spoke with the previous owner of the home and she mentioned they had issues with the installation right out of the gate and various things had to be redone. I have used Lopez & Company, Inc. for various remodels and most recently for new roof. Every experience with Leo and his team has been seamless and smooth.
