I was really very impressed with Dr Carlos Lopez. I am a new patient so was not sure what would occur, since I had new insurance going from a PPO to HMO. I had a 1:00 appointment and I did not get into the exam room until about 1:15. Beyond that, I was happy with the time the doctor spent with me. He was very thorough in explaining some of the concerns I had. He was very helpful as well in setting up mail delivery of medications. Very happy and look forward to a good relationship with this office and doctor.
Have been trying for weeks to make an appointment! My first and only visit he seemed like a good doctor but now I can’t even make a simple call to set an appointment. Over a month and nothing for my referral I requested!
Often never returns phone calls, not very friendly... feel like your rushed through very short vague visits
