The office is extremely disorganized. I had one of my other doctors request some test results. The receptionist called me on Friday with the faxed signed authorization form for my tests wanting more information from me. I gave her what she needed to know. And then today I had an appointment with my other doctor telling me she hasn't received test results yet and wondered why is it taking so long to fax them.
