Apartments are great,and the staff are nice and attentive to anything you need. Neighbors are nice.The only complaint I have is the mini gym or workout are could use some improvments.The treadmill belt will stop if you step to hard on it which can be dangerous. There is no flat bench to go with the free weights to stay off the floor,so if you use the free weights you have to lay on the floor or stand.And the tv does not work ,you can turn it on.But can't watch anything like the news in them a.m. work outs.
I love the inside of the apartments. The kitchen is nice Looking and I like the counters but when I first moved here there was mold in the apartment like in the shower between the tiles. I was supposed tell the office but I forgot, i remembered a time to tell then so I did they came (the office people) and they checked and they said that, that was ‘never there’. I tried to tell them that the mold was there before I moved in but they didn’t even do anything about it. I will be moving now because it’s now have been getting in ... read more
Scheduled an appointment for 10am to view an apartment. Almost an hour later still nobody showed up. No communication, nothing. So unprofessional.
I really don't want to give 1 star. This is the worst experience I've had looking for a new residence. I applied 5/13/25, paid the application fee of $70 and I have not heard anything regarding the status. I've called, texted, and emailed. And I still haven't gotten a response. Next stop, the BBB
