My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. A rock from one of their overfilled trucks on Palmetto damaged my car's hood and windshield, leaving paint chips and cracks. After reaching out and providing clear proof of the damage, I was assigned to their safety manager, Juan. Instead of taking responsibility, Juan suggested I go to 'World of Color' in Hialeah, a dubious choice, to save the company money on repairs.
