Virginia is outstanding at her many skills. She is 110% focused on her clients and their problem areas during her sessions. She has shown me valuable exercises to alleviate and remedy my problematic, pain, stress areas and my holding patterns. She is constantly educating herself to better her skills and practice. I don't know what I would have done without her help to manage my physical job and the stress that comes with it and with life in general.

Virginia is my go to for stress relief, for lower back issues, for my tight calves. I could just go on and on. I especially appreciate the insights she provides for stretches or options for my daily routine outside of my visits to Loosen up.

I've been consistently going to Virginia for about five year. She is great, utilizing deep tissue, Swedish and trigger point massage as needed. I go with issues in my neck, and occasionally feet and hips and it is always a benefit to get such thorough massage.
