This review is long overdue, but better late than never! I had an outstanding experience with Loose Diamond Exchange and its owner, Jerry. After my wife’s large oval diamond was damaged, Jerry stepped in and made the replacement process incredibly smooth. He sourced several beautiful stones with excellent color and clarity—each one meeting or exceeding the specs required by our insurance.
