If you leave a bad review about any of their properties (which they totally deserve) the manager will hold your deposit check back and will make it extremely troublesome for you to get it. He will even go to suggest that they won't release it until you change the review or take it down.
Loopy manages the apartments I live in. They’re extremely responsive to any concerns, and where I live the rent is really reasonable. I’ve met the owner on site before and was impressed with how much he cares about his property and how involved he is. I plan to stay here for years and recommend any building run by them
