I had a very bad experience at Loops with Kimia. A week before my appointment, I showed her the exact hair color I wanted and confirmed multiple times if she could do it. She saw my hair in person and confidently said yes. When the service was finished, the result looked nothing like the color I asked for. My hair became patchy and uneven, and instead of fixing it properly, I was told to come back another day. I went back on Monday for them to “fix” it, but it honestly became even worse. Loops is a beautiful salon, it has such a friendly and warm environment. Everyone is kind, helpful and wonderful especially my favorite nail artist Afsoon and my favorite laser lady Manada! I have been seeing Afsoon for a while now and don't trust anyone else with my nails. I had an amazing experience at Loops Beauty Salon! I went for hair colouring, nails, laser and skin care, and everything was done to perfection. The staff are highly skilled, professional, and so friendly. Despite the top-notch quality of their work, their prices are very reasonable. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
