Kim is such a professional hairdresser! I’m always satisfied with my hair after every appointment. She’s attentive, skilled, and consistently does an amazing job. I highly recommend her 💕
I had a very bad experience at Loops with Kimia. A week before my appointment, I showed her the exact hair color I wanted and confirmed multiple times if she could do it. She saw my hair in person and confidently said yes. When the service was finished, the result looked nothing like the color I asked for. My hair became patchy and uneven, and instead of fixing it properly, I was told to come back another day. I went back on Monday for them to “fix” it, but it honestly became even worse.
