They are crooks when it comes to the annual subscription they auto renew for another year without your consent and will not refund the extra months billed for.
Beware of their auto billing. After listing with them for a year (with no success in selling the building) the listing expired and came off the site. I no longer received any emails or calls about the listing or business with LoopNet. I found later that they had auto renewed me for another year, but provided no service with that new year. Even though I have received no benefit from any service from them, they have told me they will not refund me for any portion of the extra year. Ever since they went Wall Street and their website started changing the problems got worse and worse with inputting data and normal search features throughout main platform and phone applications.
