great selection and awesome staff :)
This is the best yarn store. They have a great selection of any yarn you could want (of course, they may be out of stock in some colors, but they get new stuff in all the time). Plus, everyone there (staff, and regulars) are knowledgeable and willing to help if you have a question. They also offer classes! Overall it’s a great place and you should visit!!

After purchasing two needles from Looped, I realized I'd gotten the wrong sizes (I'm a novice - didn't read the pattern correctly) and attempted to exchange them, unopened with receipt, as soon as the shop reopened. The cashier never informed me of the shop's strict no-return policy when I purchased the items. I was told to email the owner to request an exchange for the correct sizes. Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Staff was not very welcoming and seemed ill-equipped to handle questions about yarn composition and types. As a novice making my first baby blanket, the composition of the yarn and its safety for a baby was my expressed primary concern. It was like pulling teeth to get answers and adequate recommendations.
