Had my first cleaning here and had a filling done. They are the nicest and most efficient dentist l have ever been to. I won’t be going anywhere else now!
Actually had a crown fall out twice! Actually twice!!! And after that they replaced it for another charge! And then it fell out again! I’m not doing it again I feel ripped off and now I’m missing a tooth. Thanks
To preface this review, I absolutely hate the dentist. I have had/experienced: braces, a herbst appliance, all 4 wisdom teeth removed, cavities, teeth grinding, a night guard, TMJ, gum recession, intense temperature sensitivity, and more. I am always terrified of finding a new concern, needing new work done, having yet another dentist disregard all of my requests to handle certain sensitive teeth/areas with care, or experiencing extreme pain as a result. UPDATE: Dr. Bates called me and was able to resolve this for me! I appreciate that he takes so much pride his in practice! His commitment to customer service is top notch. Thank you again for making things right for me. Genuinely, I like going here and I have gotten others to go here too, but this is the second time my appointment has been canceled on me within a year and having to be rescheduled..
