The staff was helpful and compassionate. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a few hours of my calling them. My sweet little Maxwell (cat) was euthanized, and they did a wonderful job of taking care of him for me. Thanks to the staff for their care. �
These folks are amazing. The staff are all sweethearts and you can tell they all truly love animals. I had to say goodbye to my 17 year old kitty, Timian, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for something so hard.
The staff here is awesome! Our dogs Sandy Lou and Candy Sue are very well taken care of here, and they are quick to address any questions or concerns we have, and offer a wide range of treatment options to fit our budget. When we had to put our beloved 15 year old "Puppy" to sleep early this year, they provided great comfort to Debbie and I for that difficult time. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone!

Dr Boedeker has been Snoop's vet ever since I moved back home around 10 years ago. I was referred to her by my parents.The entire staff at Loop 363 are simply AWESOME!!!! No matter if you are on the phone,there for a visit, or just stopping by to pick something up,you and you fur baby are treated like FAMILY. My Snoop will be 15 on Nov 1.I truly believe it has been Dr.B,the entire staff, and myself working as his team, that has helped get him through his senior years with the quality of life that he has.
